Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a defective item, it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 7 days from the date of pickup or delivery to report any defective item via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges may be considered on a case to case basis. Please email@example.com any exchange request. If the item is exchanged by mail, the customer will pay all shipping costs.
